The MAC encourages research and the study of contemporary artistic practices. It has a documentation center made up of more than 3,000 books, magazines, catalogs, its own publications, audiovisual material, a press archive of the museum's cultural activities, as well as a digital bank of degree theses from Colombian universities (2004-2017). Through exchanges with museums, biennials and cultural institutions, this collection is constantly growing.
